Who controls your information?
The Love Reset Coach, operated by a sole trader at the address below, is the data controller for personal information we collect directly through our sales page and customer communications. Stripe and any email delivery or marketing service may have their own roles and privacy notices.
Information we may collect
We may process your name, email address, billing and transaction information, order history, customer-support messages, email marketing preferences, and technical information generated when you visit our website. Payment-card information is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card details on this sales page.
Why we use it and lawful bases
- Orders and delivery: to process purchases, provide digital downloads, send transactional emails and respond to access requests (performance of a contract).
- Accounting and legal compliance: to maintain required business, tax and transaction records (legal obligation).
