About us and these terms
These terms govern purchases of digital products from The Love Reset Coach, a sole-trader business based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy and Privacy & GDPR Policy before placing an order.
The product and your order
Still Us Reset is a digital relationship reflection and education programme, currently offered at £47 as described on the sales page. It includes the audio content and workbook expressly listed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe. Your purchase is confirmed after successful payment and the applicable order confirmation.
Electronic delivery
Digital content is intended to be delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking your spam folder. Contact us if you have not received your access information. Access arrangements, file formats and any device requirements should be checked in the product description before ordering.
Personal-use licence
When you purchase the programme, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the supplied materials for your own private, personal purposes. Ownership of the content and intellectual property does not transfer to you.
Prohibited uses
Except where permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you must not:
- sell, resell, licence, sublicense, gift, publicly distribute, upload or share programme files, audio recordings, worksheets, download links or substantial extracts;
- copy, record, screenshot, photograph, screen-capture or reproduce the paid materials for redistribution or publication;
- share access credentials or make purchased files available to other people, including through file-sharing services, social media or group chats;
- reproduce, adapt, scrape, republish or commercially exploit our original website copy, course scripts, graphics, photography, branding, layouts or other protected creative materials without authorisation;
- remove copyright notices, falsely claim authorship or present our materials as your own.
These restrictions do not override legal exceptions, lawful quotations, accessibility rights or other rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Some images or third-party assets may be licensed separately and remain the property of their respective owners.
Educational nature and wellbeing
Our materials are for general relationship education and guided personal reflection. They are not psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis support or a guarantee of particular relationship outcomes. If you are experiencing abuse, coercion or immediate danger, seek appropriate specialist or emergency support rather than relying on the programme.
Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund Policy explains digital content cancellation rights and the circumstances in which refunds or other remedies may be available. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing the digital content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including for fraud or rights that cannot be limited under consumer law. We do not guarantee any particular emotional or relationship result.
Misuse and enforcement
We may take proportionate steps to address unauthorised redistribution or infringement, including asking for infringing content to be removed and pursuing remedies available under applicable law. We will not remove or restrict statutory consumer remedies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live. Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection rules; this clause does not remove a consumer's right to bring proceedings in a court that is legally available to them.
