Digital products and cancellation
Still Us Reset is a digital programme supplied electronically, including audio recordings and a downloadable workbook. We aim to deliver access to the email address supplied at checkout promptly after confirmed payment. Please check your spam folder and contact us if your delivery email does not arrive.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for digital content. Where you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that this means losing your cancellation right, that right ends once supply begins. We will not treat a purchase as exempt from cancellation rights unless the required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have actually been obtained.
Where the legal conditions for loss of the cancellation right are met and digital supply has begun, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. If those conditions are not met, your applicable cancellation rights remain intact. If you wish to cancel before supply starts, contact us promptly.
Your statutory rights remain
This policy does not exclude or restrict any legal rights you have in relation to faulty, inaccessible, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will assess reported issues fairly and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Problems with delivery or access
Email us with your order email address and purchase date if you have not received your files, cannot access them or believe something is missing. We will investigate and, where appropriate, resend working access or provide another legally required remedy.
International purchases
Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country may also apply and are not displaced by this policy.
